How to Delete Your Data

At SocialWave AI, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data through the following methods:

1. Through Your Account

• Log in to your SocialWave AI account
• Go to Account Settings
• Select "Delete Account"
• Confirm your decision

2. Via Email Request

Send an email to info@thealexandermediagroup.com with the following information:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your registered email address
• Request to delete your account and data

3. What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

• Your account information
• Generated content history
• Saved preferences and settings
• Usage data and analytics

4. Timeframe

We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

5. Data Retention

Some information may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or technical troubleshooting. This data will be fully anonymized and deleted after the required retention period.
