Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
SocialWave AI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our platform, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
- Business Information: If you connect your business accounts (e.g., Google Business Profile or Facebook Pages), we may collect details about your business, including profile information, location, and associated analytics.
- Payment Information: If you make purchases, we collect billing information, including credit card details (processed by secure third-party payment processors).
- Communications: When you contact us, we may collect information you provide, such as messages and attachments.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with the Services, such as IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, pages viewed, and actions taken.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use necessary storage for account access and saved drafts. Optional advertising cookies stay off until you allow them.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Social Media Platforms: If you connect third-party accounts (e.g., Google or Facebook), we may collect information from these services based on your permissions.
- Analytics Services: We use third-party analytics tools to collect aggregated data about how our platform is used.
1.4 Optional Advertising Measurement
With your permission, we use Meta Pixel on eligible public marketing pages to measure visits, completed post previews, and successful registrations. Meta may receive browser and device information, your IP address, public page addresses (including permitted campaign tags and Meta click identifiers), and cookie identifiers, and may associate these events with your Meta account to measure and improve advertising.
With the same advertising choice, we use OpenAI's Measurement Pixel to measure completed post previews and successful registrations from our ChatGPT ads. OpenAI may receive browser and device information, your IP address, the website origin, referrer information, and advertising cookie identifiers. Its SDK handles the ad click identifier from the landing URL. OpenAI cookies may last up to 30 days for click attribution and 365 days for a browser identifier, subject to your browser settings.
Our OpenAI event payloads contain only action types and random event identifiers. We do not explicitly pass signup fields, passwords, business links you enter, generated posts, or account identifiers to the advertising Pixels. OpenAI's automatic advanced matching can detect supported contact details on the page, such as email addresses and phone numbers, and hash them in your browser before sending the hashes to help match conversions. Our app does not send conversion events from signed-in pages, password reset, or connection callbacks. We also exclude addresses and referrers that do not pass our public-page privacy checks.
Your advertising choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. We request a fresh choice when adding OpenAI measurement; an earlier Meta-only choice does not enable it. Rejecting it does not prevent you from using SocialWave. Use Cookie settings at any time to change your choice. Withdrawal stops future tracking from our app and asks the OpenAI Pixel to clear its attribution cookies; it cannot undo information already sent. An action completed with your permission may finish sending after you move to another page.
Read Meta's Privacy Policy for details about Meta's handling of this information.
